Firefox web browser malfunction: pages do not load, browser crashes
As reported by heise online (german), there have been glitches with the Firefox web browser since this Thursday morning, Jan. 13, 2022. All versions seem to be affected, including the latest 96.0.
As a workaround, it seems promising to disable the collection of telemetry data, i.e. remove all checkmarks from "Firefox Data collection".
