At the end of the contract, the administration of the user account is automatically transferred from ZDV to KPH IT. In any case, the account will continue to exist for another 3 months.
How do I extend my user/guest account ?
You will be informed by email in due time before the user account expires. To request an extension, reply to this notification.
What do I have to pay attention to ?
- The user account is transferred on the due date. Thus, we can only extend the user account after the end of the contract.
- We are required by the JGU management to extend accounts only if the use of the IT resources is in the interest of the university.
- When you write an email to us, give a reason for and the duration of the extension and also inform your project or group leader via CC.
- The user account can be extended repeatedly, but for a maximum of one year at a time.
