You want a toner cartridge to be replaced? Then click on the corresponding field. You will be redirected to a german formular, which will automatically create a ticket. For other issues, please write an email to kph-it@uni-mainz.de, a new ticket will be created automatically.

Here you can find the current print server.
If there is no driver available for your device, you can use a generic Postscript driver.
If you find your printer with your OS, you can go ahead and install it that way.
If this is not possible please use the Howto for Windows 10, macOS 10.13.x or Linux below.
